The 2007 Lacrosse season is now upon us. So many positive things have happened in this offseason. We have a new home field at Gunn High School in Palo Alto. 12 Tomahawk teams - our highest ever. A new Club Manager. Our best coaching group ever - over 15 coaches and assistant coaches with collegiate lacrosse experience.
We're kicking off the season with a fun event - a trip to San Jose to see our local indoor pro lacrosse team the Stealth play against Calgary on Saturday night at 7:30PM. Tickets are free for all players and coaches. Pick up your tickets Saturday night outside the entrance doors near the parking lots anytime from 6PM to 7:30PM. We'll have our own will-call desk setup. Please join us. It will be fun, a chance for teams to get to know one another, and a chance to support our local pro team. Our Junior Boys 8a team, coached by Jon Mackey, will play the Redhawks in pre-game festivities starting at 6:30PM.
This blog is our latest attempt to communicate with you more effectively. Visit frequently, and we'll keep you up to date and what is happening in our Club.
